The process
- Cut Steel
- Weld on mounting tab to the bottom of the steel
- Chemically rust the steel so that they are rusted when you receive them
- Timber cut to size
- Timber sanded
- Holes drilled into timber
- Protective timber oil applied to timber
- Steel and timber are assembled
